• DROP OFF: On arrival, come to the side gate (not the front door) and press the RING doorbell available on the gate.  Please be on time for your appointment, as my schedule is disrupted when a client is late. We reserve the right to re-book appointments if someone is more than 20 minutes late.
  • We appreciate a courtesy call if you are unable to keep your appointment, which allows us to re-book that time. No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged at 50% of the groom fee, per pet payable before the next visit. I send reminder texts/ messages days before your appointment to help avoid this issue.
  • DOGS ON HEAT : Please let me know if your dog is on heat.  Unfortunately I can't have them in the house, I have 3 male dogs who go berserk for a female and so upsets the house equilibrium for days.  The dog can also be out of sorts, and certainly don't want grooming.
  • If a pooch requires de-matting, there will be an extra charge. Any dematting that would take longer that 15 mins will result in a clip off.  It is uncomfortable and in some cases painful for your dog to undergo extensive dematting and under the Welfare Act, I will not put them through it.  Unfortunately in either case the groom can take a lot longer and can cause equipment to require re-sharpening or replacement.
  • Please ensure your dog has had time to relieve itself prior to dropping off, I appreciate accidents happen (they're dogs after all)  but if they need to go, it can make the groom uncomfortable for them.
  • PICK UP: Please pick up your pet promptly as per arrangement. Pets not picked up within 15 minutes of the arranged time will be charged at 10.00 per hour thereafter.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY AND MAKE YOUR PRESENCE KNOWN FOR PICK UP. Once your pet is aware of your presence, it may not be possible to safely finish grooming him/her.
